It's not an insight, but nevertheless worth repeating, that every single foreign policy action of the Bush regime has blown up in their (and our) faces.
I think the current race on both sides to place blame for the NK nukes is, if you will, just another example of US hubris.
Has it not entered into anybody's mind that Kim wanted nukes and was going to get them no matter what, and that not everything is inherently controllable by US foreign policy?
