We hear a great deal about the "intelligence failures" of this administration, but maybe "unintelligence" would be a better phrase, given that we now know that our closest ally in the War in Iraq claims the Bushies gave "little thought" to the likely aftermath of an invasion. Instead of planning for the postwar, they were spending a lot more time trying to fix "intelligence and facts... around the policy" and to growing a figleaf of legal pretext for the invasion.
Oh, yeah, and before we forget to mention it, things are still FUBAR in Iraq....
