Ya gotta love executive privilege

So it turns out that the guy who recorded Bush all but admitting that he took drugs as a youth, has decided to turn the tapes over to Bush's counsel, effectively sealing them off from any public scrutiny, including congressional investigators. And, oh yeah, apparently the guy didn't reveal the conversations just to sell more copies of his book, since he is turning the profits from the book over to a tsunami-relief charity.
